The DiSC assessment is a behavior assessment tool based on the DiSC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston that centers on four different behavioral traits: dominance, influence, steadiness, and contentiousness. The DiSC model provides a common language that can be used to help individuals and teams better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors in relating and working with others. The DiSC assessment, when paired with teambuilding workshops, can be an effective tool when attempting to strengthen teams and build solid relationships to increase overall team effectiveness.
